Mummy and Baby Skippity Doo

Mummy Skippity Doo had terrible flocking, so I decided to dunk her in nail polish remover. Her green plastic is surprisingly bright! And the nail polish remover didn't even harm her symbol or eyes (that could have just been luck). I was so impressed by her green colour that I decided to make a custom baby for her.

Baby Skippity Doo was a full body paint job, done with acrylics and sealed with clear matte varnish. Her paint job turned out beautifully, except the paint around her hair plug holes cracked because of the tension from re-rooting. It was very hard to re-hair her piddly little head; it was very fiddly and a lot harder than rehairing a normal sized adult head. Her eyes were totally repainted with a tooth pick, as well as her symbol. Her hair was taken from a very sad, smooze infested Sky Flier. The hair was beautiful - too bad about the smooze. I have plans for the Sky Flier bait body anyhoo. I hope you like them!
